love

Today I want to write something about love.
I remember once in school our Catechism teacher asked us to define ‘love’. The answers given by the students were kindness, sharing, etc. The answer I gave was ‘Love is sacrifice’. At that time my mother’s love came to my mind. But now if you ask me ‘what is love’ I would say ‘It is feeling that binds two individuals’. If you give it to others you get it back. 'Sacrifice’ is ‘deep love’. These days we have too many people to love - our friends, relatives and well wishers, and time is so important to us. So isn't it better to define love as 'the time you spend for another person'.

The movement of elements in a relationship is so beautiful. There are chaotic movements that generate so much of energy. One must allow time for a relation to settle. Once settled the sediments of trust and sentiments lie down as a base upon which clear stream of relation loses its subtility ... and the stillness breeds a genuine relation .. nothing like the Love hate relationship ... we normally develop them
